Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diambil melalui wawancara kepada responden yaitu guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini melaporkan bahwa salah satu metode pembelajaran bahasa arab pada sekolah dasar AI menggunakan metode Hiwar. Metode Hiwar yang digunakan pada pembelajaran bahasa arab di sekolah dasar AI dapat dilakukan pada kelas tingkat rendah maupun tingkat tinggi. Metode Hiwar merupakan salah satu metode yang efektif serta efisien dalam pembelajaran bahasa arab serta menjadikan peserta didik aktif dalam pembelajaran. Penyampaian materi yang dilakukan oleh guru dapat lebih mudah diterima oleh peserta didik.
